We're a small studio, and every wallpaper we make is a big deal to us. Each design is made with heart and a lot of care, then printed to your wall, so we really hope you love it. If it doesn't work out, we're genuinely sorry. It happens.
Because every wallpaper is made to your measurements, we can't normally take it back: a wall that only fits yours can't be resold. But life isn't always that tidy, and we'd rather meet you halfway. That's why you can return made-to-size wallpaper within 30 days of delivery when you ordered a sample of the same design first. You took the time to check it in your own light, and we want to stand behind that.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. Please include your order number as proof of purchase.
What we can't take back
- Custom-cut wallpaper ordered without a prior sample of the same design (it is made to your measurements)
- Wallpaper that has been hung, cut, trimmed, washed or otherwise altered
- Sample packs
Partial refunds
A partial refund may apply to any item that is not in its original condition, or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
How to return your order
- Email us firstWrite to hello@vesperroyale.com with your order number before sending anything back.
- Send it backShip the item to us. Return shipping is at your own cost, and shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend a trackable service, as we cannot guarantee that we receive items lost in transit.

If approved, the refund goes to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return.
Damaged or wrong item?
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will replace it or refund it, and we cover the shipping.
